  “Porsche was designed to turn heads and hearts, leaving everyone from the driver & passengers to the spectators satisfied.”

  To engage our member's artist skills and explore our cars in ways that we possible haven't before, the committee are organising a Photographic Competition focused on all things Porsche.

  The categories are;

  • The spirit of Porsche
  • Motorsport
  • Engineering
  • Artistic interpretation
  • Dynamics
  • The spirit of PCW

  Rules of entry;

  • The photos must have been taken by the member (or family member). 
  • The photos need to be recent and taken in 2024. 
  • The photos should be submitted into one of the categories noted in the mag article. 
  • A maximum of 2 photos under each category can be submitted per month. 
  • Photos need to be submitted before the end of each month

  All categories will have both an adult and children's (<15) division, so please encourage your children or grandchildren to be involved.

  We look forward to viewing your photographic artistry.

  Come along & conquer long track at the renowned Collie Motorplex, Collie Burn on Sunday, Apr 28, 2024. Adding to the excitement of an epic day of speed, skill, & PCWA camaraderie joining us are our friends from the TSOAWA & the HSV Club.

  REGISTRATION: Please register & pay by PayPal only via the PCWA Portal.   We've revamped the event registration on the PCWA website with a user-friendly drop-down checklist to streamline the process.  NOTE The event will be limited to 50 starters. Not more than 2 Entries in any one car will be accepted.

  SPORTING EVENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
  

  It is important that each driver understands these requirements.

  To comply with the "Return to Racing" requirements under the Australian Auto-sport Alliance (AASA), please ensure you have, at minimum, an AASA General Speed Licence.   Stay informed by reading the

  PCWA_Sports_Series_Rules_2024.pdf.  The specific requirements for vehicles & drivers are defined by the AASA-2023-Standing-Regulations-V3 Document. Here are the Supplementary Regulations SSR2-Collie Motorplex Sprint for more details.

  
  

  As we have joined AASA all PCWA drivers have to fill out the PCWA Vehicle Disclosure Form  for series participation. 
  

  Whilst the new onsite registration reduces the necessity for physical documents, we understand the value of having them accessible. So here are the hard copies PCWA Entry Form and Disclaimer 2024 SSR2 and the PCWA Self-Scrutiny Check-list.  

  Cost per Head: $280.00 plus $20.00 for Dorian Timing Transponder Hire (if you don't have your own). Note entry cost increase is due to a rise in the costs of running the events for 2024.
  

  Please submit completed documents to the Sporting Director before the registration closing date for acceptance & approval. 

  Registrations Close: Friday 26^th April 2024.

  40 King Guest Rooms have been blocked out for PCWA members from the 5^th-7^th of July 2024. The $220 per night rate offered is available until the 4^th of June. "Members pay at check-in".
  

  
  

  There are several additional fields in the registration form which will help us manage the other activities being planned for the weekend so please fill them in.
  

  • Please indicate if you are taking up the EXCLUSIVE accommodation offer.
  • Reservations are on a first come first served basis and the reduced accommodation rate ends 30 days prior to the event date (4^th June).
  • Please Note Members are responsible to pay directly with the hotel upon check in (The Hotel is a Cashless Venue).
