  Whether it’s photos from our recent Christmas in July event or the sleek curves of a Porsche in motion, we want to see your unique perspective. Please share your Porsche photos in our exciting photo competition!

  JULY 2024 - Photographic Competition focus in all things Porsche categories are;

  • Porsche Spirit -Showcase the passion & essence of Porsche.

  • Porsche Motorsport - Capture the thrill of Porsche in action.

  • Porsche Design - Highlight the iconic design & aesthetics.

  • Porsche Artistic Interpretation - Get creative with your Porsche shots.

  • Porsche in Motion - Focus on dynamic, moving images.

  • The spirit of PCWA - Reflect the community & spirit of our club.

  RULES OF ENRTY;

  • Submit recent photos taken by you or your family members.
  • Photos should fit one of the categories above.
  • You can submit up to 2 photos per category each month.
  • Enter your photos by the end of each month.

  PRIZES; Winners will be announced & awarded at the August PCWA social gathering.

  Built in 1908 as a residential hotel for farmers and country residents, the Nedlands’ Park Hotel was once serviced by a tram from the city centre.  Purchased in 1935 by Stephen McHenry, the hotel soon became fondly known as ‘Steves’ and has etched its colourful mark in the history of Perth’s business establishment ever since.

  SSR4 – KWINANA (PERTH) MOTORPLEX

  This is a PCWA invited event hosted by the Triumph Sports Owners Association of WA Inc, you must register and pay via the details below. Please note: there are only 10 spaces held for PCWA so be quick to register.

  SPORTING EVENT DETAILS:

  LOCATION: Perth Motorplex Cnr Anketell Road &, Rockingham Rd, Kwinana Beach WA 6167

  CIRCUIT DETAILS Closed/controlled area. Kwinana Autotest course August 11 2024

                  (a) Length: 1500metres(estimated)

                     (b) Surface: Bitumen

  COST per HEAD: $80.00 The stated entry fee includes day membership for non TSOA members

  REGISTRATION: Register and pay, (Cash or EFT only), via supplied paper entries links below. Email payment slip along with all your completed entry forms to Bruce Pollock - brucepollock9@gmail.com. All documentation links are available below.

   

  RACE DAY TIMELINE:

  GATES OPEN: 8:00AM

  SCUTINEERING: 8:30AM

  DRIVERS BRIEF: 8:50AM

  EVENT START: 9:00AM 3 runs shall be given to each competitor. The method of starting will be an instruction from the starter: 3,2,1 GO with cars being timed once the timing beam is broken. After completing the course, cars are required to come to a complete stop in a defined ‘garage’.

  GATES CLOSE: - 2:30PM (unless finished sooner)

  ·        No more than 2 entries per car will be accepted.

  
  

  To compete in this TSOAWA sporting event please read the AASA supp regs Kwinana Motorplex August 11 2024 You will also need to complete the TSOA entry forms - Entry form Motorplex August 11 2024, and the Non Speed self Scrutineering form and pay to be able to register for the event.

  SPORTING EVENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS It is important that each driver understands these requirements. *** Requirements for this event will be the same as our normal club events.***

  To comply with the "Return to Racing" requirements under the Australian Auto-sport Alliance (AASA), please ensure you have, at minimum, an AASA General Speed Licence. Stay informed by reading the PCWA_Sports_Series_Rules_2024.pdf.  The specific requirements for vehicles & drivers are defined by the AASA-2023-Standing-Regulations-V3 Document.

  As we have joined AASA all PCWA drivers have to fill out the PCWA Vehicle Disclosure Form  for series participation.

  Registrations Close: Monday 5^nd August 2024.

  with a 25 min pit stop in Pingelly.

  WHEN: Sunday 11^th of August 2024

  MEETING TIME: 8.45am for a 9.15am departure.

  MEETING POINT: Vintage Rod & Custom 149 Nicolas Dr, Casuarina

  PITSTOP: Edenvale Heritage Precinct - Pinjarra Rd, Pinjarra

  DRIVING TIME: approx. 2.45min (193 km)

  LUNCH: 12pm @ Quindanning Hotel ~

  THE PITSTOP: The Edenvale Heritage Precinct is a heritage, arts & cultural landmark, a fun & creative place for people of all backgrounds. Within the Precinct is a treasure trove of interesting things such as a museum, art gallery & maker retail store, historic archives & beautifully preserved heritage buildings.

  
  

  THE DRIVE: This drive is sure to help re-invigorate all your senses. Starting at Casuarina through Jarrahdale along the fabulous back twisty roads through the Dwellingup State Forest to Quindanning.

  

  LUNCH: The Quindanning Hotel large gardens and long verandahs is one of the most easily recognizable historic buildings in the district.
