Women's-Only Competition Series

The MX-5 Racing WA Inc is running motorsport this year by Don Messenger (with the help of Warwick Gates). They have run and currently run the motorsport series for the MX-5 Club of Western Australia which is now on its 12th series. I am Lauren, daughter of Don and as a woman in motorsport, I know how scary and daunting it can be for women to compete, learn to even just get started in motorsport.

The spiel

MX-5 Racing WA inc. club revolves purely around motorsport, open to anyone (not just MX-5s). This year we are running a 4-round women's only motorsport series across 4 different tracks.

Thanks to some awesome support from the venues, we are able to run the series for $295 for all four events for members as long as there are 30 women participating. The series is priced at cost. If the take-up is less the fee will increase to cover the costs.
