Porsches Planes and Picnics is on again!

The PCWA has been invited to attend the Sports Aircraft Association’s Annual Fly-In at Serpentine airfield.  This is a special “invitation only” event where Porsche Club Members are invited to park and picnic on the shady apron of the Serpentine airfield and watch the most beautiful classic, home-built, WW2 and modern performance aircrafts in action.

But the most incredible gems are often hidden away in the hangers! Our members will be taken on a private tour of some amazing private hangers. You’ll get to chat with the owners and get up close and personal with the planes – and maybe a few interesting cars too.

In the tradition of Porsches Planes and Picnics, we will start our adventure at Jandakot Airport, where the Royal Aero Club of WA has invited us to tour their training facilities and aircraft and give us an idea of what it takes to get a Private Pilot’s License.  Ever thought of flying? Well, here is your chance to get the ball rolling!

So pack a lovely picnic and join us for the day! Simple sandwiches and tea may be available for purchase at the Serpentine Aero Club clubhouse….Country Women’s Association style!

Numbers are strictly limited – so first in, best dressed!
