This is a twilight event—feel free to drive your Porsche and let the engine enjoy the cool night air

Caroline Minton has arranged for a Saturday night out to a Twilight concert in the Swan Valley.

Join us for a beautiful evening of music among the vines in the Swan Valley. Bring a picnic, a low chair, and enjoy a night under the stars with your Porsche Club friends. Enjoy the soulful tunes of Adam Hall & the Soul Playboys. Arrive early for a good position near the front of the venue.

EVENT DETAILS:

·        DATE: Saturday, 15^th March 2025

·        TIME: Arrive from 4:30 pm

·        MEETING POINT: Cellar door (park on grassed parking area within the property, to right of entry road.

REGISTRATION DETAILS: This is a pay your own event & spaces are limited. For more information and to register, visit: Upper Reach Twilight Concerts and select/purchase the below ticket type below. - $56 per person (general admission ticket)

How the night unfolds:

4:30-5:15pm: arrive and drop your gear near the door, and park your Porsche on the grassed area to the right of the access road as you enter the property. Have a chat and catch-up with your fellow members.
5:15pm: The organiser will get in beforehand and secure an area for PCWA members up front. Members will line up, ready for entry at 5:30pm.
5:30pm: Doors officially open for entry to the concert venue & grassed area for picnics, etc. We will grab a spot on the lawn and enjoy a glass of wine, a picnic, and a chat, while the sun sets over the vineyard. - BYO rug and/or low-profile concert-style chair (legs max 15cm high) and picnic.

Why not purchase a PCWA Limited 40th Anniversary Picnic Rug (only $35) and we will bring it on the night!

Or brave the environment & sit on the grass :-)

We’d love to know if you’re joining us, so please register to stay updated in case there are any changes to the event.

Please note: Our booking system, (Wild Apricot), by default only registers member 1 even if you have a family membership. So, please when you register yourself, remember to include the additional member/guest in the "Additional guests’" field (this includes spouse, partner or friend).

Important: If you are on a concessional licence, please register to ensure you're covered under the scheme.
