So, the boys on the committee have been saying they want longer drives… To all our adventurous members, I hear you loud and clear! :-) In response to their feedback, get ready for longer drives catered especially for the thrill-seekers among us!
WHEN: Sunday 14th of April 2024
MEETING TIME: 11am for a 11.30am departure.
MEETING POINT: Main Gate, Midland Crns of Main gate, Foundry Rd & Woodmill Lane, Midland.
1ST DRIVING TIME: approx. 101km (90mins)
This drive I have created is a 3-hr marathon with no lunch reservation just a quick stop in Toodyay for a toilet break, pie & chips. The day finishes at Joondalup Resort where you may wish to stop for a cleansing ale or two.
Quick pitstop... 1pm - 45min stop.
PIT STOP: Duke St N, Toodyay (Carpark)
DEPART: Duke St N, Toodyay (Carpark) 1.45 to 2pm
FINAL DESTINATION: Joondalup Resort, Country Club Blvd, Connolly
2nd DRIVING TIME: approx. 111km (95mins)
ARRIVAL TIME: approx. 3.30pm
TOTAL DRIVING TIME: approx. 3hrs (212 km)
