One of the most anticipated event of the year is here!
Back by popular demand, we are having our Christmas in July in Karri Valley this year. We have secured 35 rooms in the Karri Valley Resort for this event at a special rate for members.
There is something for everyone and you can choose from a range of options most suitable to you. Get in quick to avoid any disappointment! As the accommodation is limited, the reservation will be on a first come first serve basis. If rooms are sold out, you can either be on the waitlist (while we will work to secure more rooms) or you can secure your own accommodation around that area. Either way, you will still be able to join us for drives and meals on those days.
We only have a handful of 3 bedroom chalets as most of the rooms can only accommodate 2 people. Please indicate how many guests will be in your room in your registration. For the 3 bedroom chalets, priority will be given to family memberships and members who want to share. In terms of planning, we need your help! If you are familiar with the region and would like to assist the committee to organise some of the routes or lunch bookings, please contact us!
Option 1 - 3D2N Karri Valley Package for 2 people at a discounted price of $774 (inclusive of GST). This includes 2 nights stay ($538), and 3 course dinner ($59pp) for both nights. For singles, your meals can be adjusted accordingly to just one person (total of $656). Option 2 - 3D2N Own Accommodation - I want to participate but would like to find my own accommodation. Option 3 - Drive only no overnight stay - I will only participate on the drive/lunch there. Option 4 - Mailing List Only - I am not ready to commit but would like to receive information on this event. Registration for one of the options above is required to receive further details and information.
There are several additional fields in the registration form which will help us manage the reserved rooms and dining room. Registration closes 19 March. If you wish to receive information after this date please email Hui at secretary@porscheclubwa.org.au.
You will be contacted to make payments for the accommodation.
Payment will be required by mid-April to secure your room and there will be no cancellation charges if cancellation is made 30 days prior to your stay.
