COLLIE LONG TRACK Come and Try/Passenger Day
PCWA INVITED EVENT
HOSTED BY THE COLLIE MOTORSPORT GROUP
Collie Motorsport Group (CMG) have extended an invitation to join in their Collie long track tuning/track day on 11/08/19 (same weekend as Targa West). This is a multi-club, non-timed event with a passenger permit. CMG are asking entrants to bring a mate to wave a flag for a while on the day or be prepared to spend a couple of hours themselves on a flag if required.
CMG are offering one day come and try licences for first timers. Up to 3 drivers per car. Track hire and event permits are covered by CMG. Costs are $150 per driver and $40 for a passenger. Cars and attire as per regulations for a CAMS speed event. A minimum of 50 cars pre-entered two weeks before the event to make securing the long track viable. Refunds will be given if numbers not reached. Please see the Collie Motorsports Group website for all supplementary regulations, entry forms, etc.
This is a good chance for people to have a play in a non competitive environment and for experienced racers to run the extended circuit.
