Interested in classic car restoration projects but not sure where to start? Paul Crute recently bought a 1978 Porsche 911 SC (he's also a Mustang tragic and regular Targa competitor) and decided he wanted a full restoration. Everything disassembled and out, back to bare metal, full respray and then build a new 911. No expense spared.
Richard James of RJP Motorsport (who is a specialist Porsche FIXER, a member of PCWA and a long time Concours judge) has organised the restoration and has very kindly offered to host a special open morning for members to see the restored parts of the car laid out beside the car shell prior to rebuilding the car.
