The Albany Classic Motor Event (“Round the Houses”) runs through the heart of Albany's historic town centre, overlooking the ANZAC Peace Park and Princess Royal Harbour.
This annual event is very well-attended and is a truly wonderful spectacle. It includes a wide variety of cars - from vintage wire wheels, post-vintage and classics to open wheel racers and grand muscle cars.
Our member Bill Richards has very kindly offered to coordinate the social activities for our members who are interested in being in Albany over the long weekend. There is also likely to be a convoy of Porsches travelling down together from Perth to Albany on Friday 2 June – in super PCWA style, of course!
Last year, some members participated in the races while many others were simply there to soak in the ambiance, enjoy the camaraderie and be a part of all the festivities.
PCWA members who attended last year had a wonderful time - also largely thanks to Bill & Judy's incredible efforts in setting up the social diary!
So don't miss out! If you are interested in coming along:
Please RSVP by 24 April.
