Rudy's Christmas In July Overnight Stay
A winter wonderland awaits in York for this years Christmas in July event! Enjoy log fires, mulled wine, fine food and Stay overnight all for a bargain price!

PCWA member Rudy Menke has kindly offered to Host this years PCWA Christmas in July. So, it's time to pack the winter woolies and beanie because we are heading to York and the stunning York Palace Hotel and Bistro for an overnight stay including a sumptuous Christmas Dinner, Mulled wine, Log fires and good old fashion country service! Places are limited so please register asap to avoid missing this one.

We will meeting on Saturday the 18th in the morning at around 9am with a 10am departure. The cavalcade will then head to Toodyay where we will stop for lunch, a chat and a leg stretch. Following this, we will continue our Porsche hay ride on to the beautiful town of York. On arrival at York, members can check into their cosy King Sized Terrace room before heading off to York town for some shopping or to the bar for some quaffing.

Meet time 9 am (meeting point tba to registrants closer to the day, it will be a metro location for a light breakfast and/or coffee)
Departure 10am.
Lunch Leg Stretch Toodyay
Destination: The York Palace Hotel & Bistro.
Duration of event. Overnight
Dinner (pre drinks 6pm) Dinner 6.30pm
Accomodation: The rooms are VERY modern & stylish Motel Style rooms built in 2008 with parking for your porsche directly in front of your room!

Cost
Option 1 $295 per couple inc the below dinner and King Size Terrace bedroom with ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioner & TV. *note: 12 King (double) rooms available and 2 Twin rooms, please book directly with the hotel as availability is limited.
Luxury Option 2 $395 per couple for below dinner and one of 5 Luxury Heritage rooms available. Again please book directly with the hotel as these rooms are limited to 5 only.

Soup with homemade focaccia bread to start
Roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding, and 4 accompanying vegetables
Dessert Sticky date pudding with Crème anglaise.
Glass of mulled wine on arrival to dinner
PCWA has a Separate exclusive dining room from 6pm (dinner at 6.30pm) to 10pm close
Drinks on consumption – table service with a dedicated service person for the evening. Pay as you go, or leave a credit card for a personal tab.
Christmas crackers, Christmas Tree and Christmas themed music as background.
*If you have special dietary requirements please let the venue know directly.

Breakfast will be available in the bistro. This is not included in the quote and is payable to the venue if required.

*IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTE: When you register your membership will only register ONE place even if you have a family membership, so if (for example) you have 4 people on your family membership but only 2 are coming, then you register yourself plus 1 guest and so on. The above costs are per couple.
