PCWA Christmas & Awards Dinner (Registrations NOW CLOSED)

The PCWA Christmas Party Awards Night Dinner is the biggest social event of the year! Numbers are limited so register early for this blue ribbon event to avoid disappointment.

For 2015 we're at the Esplanade (Rydges) Hotel in Fremantle for a sumptuous Buffet Dinner including lashings of Entrée, Mains, Salads & those all important Desserts! The Club has also secured a super value high quality 5 hour Drinks package which will be served throughout the entire evening AND a live band all for the just $120 per person.

Details:

• Esplanade Hotel. Cnr Marine Tce & Essex St Fremantle
• Arrive from 6pm.
• Pre Drinks from 6.30pm by the Hotel Pool area.
• Dinner from 7pm.  
• Sporting series awards will be between courses. 
• Later in the evening the live band will take us through to midnight.
  

• Those who stay the night will receive free valet parking (see accommodation notes below)
• For those not staying the night valet parking is available at a cost of $20 for the night. 
• • For anyone using valet parking simply drive your car to the front of the hotel and see the concierge. If you have a room you will be given a free valet parking ticket, if you do not have a room you will get a parking ticket costing $20.
  • Anyone who does not want the valet to park your car (ie: your Porsche) you can park it yourself, please mention this to the concierge when parking.

Dress code

• Smart 
• • Tie not essential for men but min would be a collared shirt & slacks/pants
  • Anything snazzy for the ladies

• For those wanting (or needing) to stay the night the PCWA has secured a fantastic room rate of just $219 per couple for a superior room including:
• • Free valet parking for 1 vehicle
  • Free full buffet breakfast for 2 in the morning. 
• The Hotel must be in receipt of the complete room guest list 15 days prior to the guests arrival so if you intend to stay PLEASE book your room as BEFORE the 20th November 2015.
