September Club Meeting at MC Motorsport

SEPTEMBER CLUB MEETING AT MC MOTORSPORT!

The good news just keeps coming at the PCWA. Our good friends at MC Motorsport (RAC Driving centre) have thrown open their doors to WA Sporting car clubs for the use of club meetings.

We are happy to announce that our September 2 club meeting will be held at MC Motorsport 46 Grogan Rd, Perth Intl Airport WA 6105.

There is an added bonus for all PCWA financial members! We have negotiated a special afternoon of fun with PCWA members also being invited (before our club meeting) to take their cars onto the MC Motorsport race track from some hot laps behind their pace car. This is a fantastic opportunity for members to get that special feeling of driving your Porsche at a reasonable brisk pace on a real race track. Also this will be totally free for all financial PCWA members!

But wait there's more! One lucky member will also have the chance to win a few hot laps (on that same afternoon) in the MC Motorsport V8 Supercar! And to make this even more exciting the winning member (if they hold a current cams licence) will be allowed to drive the V8 Supercar themselves with an instructor in the passenger seat! The winner will be drawn from all attendees by way of a free raffle on the day.

When: Tuesday Sept 2 2014

Arrive: Around 5.30 pm (if you want to track)
Track laps in your car around 5:45-6pm

V8 Supercar Lap: Around 6-6:30

Meeting start: Around 7-7.30pm.

End: Around 8.30pm.

We suggest you register for this event as we will need to know who will be taking up the hot laps offer (in your car) for logistical purposes.
